Guvernul din Vietnam a lansat oficial NDAChain, o platforma blockchain nationala menita sa sprijine dezvoltarea ecosistemului digital al tarii. Anuntul a fost facut vineri, iar sistemul va fi gestionat de Centrul pentru Inovare si Exploatare a Datelor, parte a Ministerului Securitatii Publice.
